Fees & Insurance
We are currently accepting patients residing in Ohio with the following insurance: Aetna, Quest, Anthem BCBS, & BCBS of Massachusetts (in Ohio). We also accept private pay. If we are not in network with your insurance company, we’re happy to provide a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full out-of-pocket cost for the session. This fee is not reimbursed by insurances. Learn more about our policies on the Policies Page of this website.

All therapy sessions are 55 minutes in length (unless otherwise notes). Below are our Out-of-Pocket Fees.

Billing
​Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If we are in-network with your insurance company, we will bill them directly (see the list of insurance we accept below). Fees are based on the service provided, your insurance coverage, and the length of the session.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and direct deposit.

Insurance
Currently, we are in-network for the following insurance companies: Aetna, Quest, Anthem BCBS, & BCBS of Massachusetts (in Ohio).
For these insurance providers, we will submit claims directly to your insurance company.

For all other insurance companies, we are considered “out-of-network” providers. If your insurance company offers out-of-network benefits, you may receive full or partial reimbursement for the cost of our services. Most insurance companies that provide out-of-network benefits cover between 50%-80% of the cost per session. We will provide statements for clients to submit to their insurance company so that they can be reimbursed directly. We will also provide information to the insurance company, should they request it, to facilitate reimbursement, with the client’s written permission.
